This project showcases state of the art technology that has never been applied in such a manner. Motion capture of the performer was fed to five separate KUKA robotic arms in real time so that she could dance with five KUKAs working in harmony to replay the choreography of her own performance. Behind the scenes were 4 KRC4 compacts running synchronously with the KRC4 of the Fortec thanks to Beckhoff PLC’s that were being controlled via KUKA|prc.
